What do you do? I aid and facilitate Human Resource processes. In my role, I administer health plans and act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers. I also resolve benefits related problems and ensure effective use of plans and positive employee relations. As needed, I administer support to Human Resource functions, including payroll processing, record keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.
What do you enjoy to do outside of work? Outside of work I like to spend time with family and friends. I enjoy hiking locally but also in the Adirondacks.
Fun Fact: I am an aspiring 46er. I am hiking all 46 high peaks (mountains with an election of 4000 feet or higher) in the Adirondacks.
