What do you do? As the shop supervisor, I share in the responsibility of leading a team of fabricators, assemblers, and service technicians in driving the production and manufacturing of WENDT equipment here at our Walden location. My role provides direct supervision to the assignment and evaluation of work performed, the assurance that all training and safety compliance of the shop are maintained, and delivering a high-level of performance as it relates to production.
What do you enjoy to do outside of work? Building/repairing computers, watching movies, playing guitar and just hanging out with my family.
Fun Fact: I found my older brother through Ancestry.com. He didn’t even know he was adopted until we met in 2018.
