International Sales Manager
International Sales Manager for manufacturer and systems integrator of Automobile Shredding and Non-Ferrous Separation Systems. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field and 2 years’ experience managing international sales, business development and product marketing strategies for industrial equipment for the recycling industry in the U.S., Latin America & South America including defining market requirements; researching and identifying new technical requirements and specifications for products to identify new business opportunities and target markets; leading SWOT analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for new product development, sales and strategic partnerships; developing pricing strategies to maximize market share; creating custom reports and generating case studies in support of product research and marketing plans; developing benchmarking & competitors reports; communicating strategic direction and requirements to engineering; working with sales leaders to develop new market opportunities and providing training to all sales channels. The position is managed out of Buffalo, NY headquarters but allows the individual to live anywhere in the U.S. and allows for the option to work from a home office. The position requires 50% travel to customer sites in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S., Latin America & South America. Structural Steel Designer
• Work under the direction of a Sr. Engineer
• Create 3D design models and detailed fabrication drawings of steel structures for use in our industrial plant systems.
• Develop and maintain std. component & connection libraries.
• Prepare/export electronic files for use with CNC equipment (NC1, DXF, etc.)
• Collaborate with other Designers to efficiently integrate structural designs with overall plant layout.
• Must have a minimum of Associates degree or equivalent experience. A BS degree in Structural Engineering preferred.

Industrial Painter
• Preparing and painting large steel assemblies or similar experience in an industrial setting.
• Must be able to read drawings.
• Experience driving fork trucks and using overhead cranes.

Fitter/Fabricator
• Experience with fitting and welding of large heavy machine components.
• MIG, SMAW, and FCAW
• Use of jib cranes, overhead cranes, and large fixtures
• Must be able to read drawings.
• Must have own hand tools.

Machine Operator
• Experience with any of the following; cutting structural steel, punch presses, press brake, structural drill line, and/or plasma burn tables
• We will cross-train operators who have experience in any of these areas, preferably from industries where heavy steel plate or structural steel is used

Assembler/Mechanic
• Experience with mechanical assembly of large heavy machine components.
• Knowledge of assembling bearings, gearboxes, sprockets, using hydraulic and pneumatic hand tools, wrenches, and similar
• Electrical experience wiring motors and basic troubleshooting.
• Must be able to read drawings.
• Experience driving fork trucks and using overhead cranes.
• Use of jib cranes, overhead cranes, and large fixtures
• Must have own hand tools.

Field Service Technician
• Experience working safely in the field on compute controlled mechanical/hydraulic industrial equipment
• Ability to travel to customer’s locations throughout North America to perform optimization, commissioning, and troubleshooting service calls
• IT skills, such as, setting up networks, diagnosing Windows errors, replacement of computer hard-ware components, and gaining understanding of proprietary software
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics for startup ad troubleshooting
